**REALITY CHECK:** I spent months figuring out if I'm a coach, therapist, or tech consultant. Turns out I'm something completely different.

I'm a bridge. Someone who understands algorithms as well as the human soul. I believe that in 2025, being "smart" isn't enough. We need to be "wise".

## TECHNOLOGY
AI is changing the rules. Social media consumes attention. The boundaries between online and offline are disappearing. I help people use technology as a tool, not a master.

Beneath the digital noise, we're still just humans. Seeking values, identity, and connection. I bring humanity back to the equation.
